Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

We do not provide refunds for cancellations. If you are uncertain about committing to a full year, we recommend starting with a monthly plan first.

You can cancel your subscription through your Melth account by navigating to Settings > Plans. Alternatively, you can email us at support@melth.care to request cancellation. Please follow any additional instructions provided in response to your cancellation request.
